Activity Units
Most Activity Units are elective in 2012. However some are either compulsory or highly recommended depending on which shows you are attending. Regardless these activity units are a prime time for you to complete IHA, Flock Responsibilities, prepare your principal Sheep etc. The following Units will be offered in 2012
Unit 1 Sheep Showing
Unit 1 Sheep Showing is an excellent time for you to use your time wisely and complete all the IHA’s and Flock Responsibilities. You will also have much time to prepare your principal Sheep for the February and March Shows.

TIME PERIOD: ACTIVITY UNIT
Unit 3 Lambing
Unit 3 Lambing is a great activity unit for the lamb group, we are expecting any were between 8-14 Lambs in 2012 so there will be much work to do during this period. IHA’s and Flock Responsibilities can also be completed in this unit. Bendigo Preparation Tasks for those attending Bendigo will begin during this Unit.
STATUS: ELLECTIVE (HIGHLY RECCOMENDED FOR LAMB FLOCK)
TIME PERIOD: ACTIVITY UNIT
Unit 4 Bendigo/Sheepvention Preparation
Unit 4 Bendigo/Sheepvention Preparation is compulsory for anyone attending either ASWS or Sheepvention. During this unit all preparation for the two big shows will be completed.
STATUS: COMPULSARY FOR ALL BENDIGO/SHEEPVENTION PEOPLE
TIME PERIOD: ACTIVITY UNIT
Unit 5/6 Melbourne/Geelong Preparation
Unit 5/6 Melbourne/Geelong Preparation is highly recommended for anyone attending those shows. IHA’s and Flock Responsibilities as well as Principal Sheep preparation will be completed during this Unit.

TIME PERIOD: ACTIVITY UNIT
Unit 7 November Shows Preparation/Joining
All preparation for Clunes and Whittlesea will be completed in this Unit. This is also a great time to complete IHA’s and Flock Responsibilities. Joining will also be a part of this Unit thus this Unit is highly recommended for Ewes and Rams Flocks.
